The sunflowers I bought at the farmers market yesterday were the subject of today's painting.   I took a very loose, palette knife approach to this one, which made it a lot faster than my other paintings.  It's nice to be finished for the day prior to 11:30 p.m. for once.  I also did some tweaking to yesterday's painting to improve on the shadows and sculpting of the veggies and leaves.  (See the adjusted image in the Still Life section of my Works.)
